Part Two:  Circle the PPOE

Welcome to Part Two of the TAL special free four week video series: 4 Magic Words To Transform Your Acting Overnight.

Before we start, make sure you have a piece of paper and something to write with.

So how do you actually create a relationship to all Persons, Places, Objects and Events?

Step One – Circle All PPOE

Go through the script or scene and circle every single person, place, object or event mentioned.  Be careful, some things might be very easy to miss.

Write down this line on a piece of paper:

“When I pass that girl in the hall she makes a mean face at me”

Now, circle every person, place, object and event in the line you wrote.  (Do not cheat by looking at the answer below!)
Is this what you got?  Many people miss events in certain lines as they can be tricky to spot.  In this case, the event is the entire line.
